In our first episode of The Mix SXSW, we sat down with Sofie and Kia of Norwegian neo-soul group, Fieh to discuss the way work-life balance, management, and even community support differs between different countries. Sofie also shared her experience in writing lyrics in English as a non-native speaker, and the burden of social media that one carries even when signed to an established label and management company.
